Returns

Returns that comply with our return policy will be accepted,

however, kindly note the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, duties and taxes that may apply.

Initial Shipping, duties and tax charges are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

Once we inspect the item(s) and approve your return, we will process store credit for the due amount.

Terms:

         The items(s) must be returned within 15 days in their original condition.

         Worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used products will not be accepted.

         All products must also have the original tags and hygiene sticker intact.

It is at Flawless-V’s discretion to refuse the return if we determine that the returned item(s) do not match our return conditions. 
Flawless-V can only send back the product(s) if the customer agrees to pay the charges, otherwise we will have to properly dispose of the items.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless:

         The return item(s) is/are deemed defective by Flawless-V.

         Or on the off chance that you received the wrong item.

Please double check the size chart prior to your purchase.
No modifications can be made once your invoice is issued.

Exchange

For item exchange, kindly refer back to the return policy above, as same terms apply.

Price differences if any, shall be transferred as store credit.

Refunded items can only be reimbursed as store credit.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash value.
