NOTICE REGARDING COD SHIPMENT ACCEPTANCE, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cash on Delivery:
Cash on delivery entails the shipping company delivering the package to the customer’s specified address and collecting the order amount at the same location. Please ensure you have the necessary cash prepared in advance and keep your mobile phone available to receive calls from the transportation company. The cash on delivery service fee is set at US$5 for GCC orders. Upon order confirmation, kindly verify the total amount on the invoice received via mail.
Acceptance of COD Shipment:
Upon receipt of the parcels, the receiver acknowledges that they are not able to reject the COD (cash on delivery) shipment. However, the receiver may exercise the option to return the COD parcel to the sender without opening the package or alternatively choose to pay the COD amount upon receiving it.
Payment Authorization:
By confirming your order, you explicitly grant us authorization to withdraw the full amount from the credit/debit card registered with us, in the event of a payment failure, regardless of the cause for such failure.
Responsibility for Shipping and Duties Fees:
The customer agrees that, upon shipment of the goods, they are responsible for the full payment of all shipping and duties fees associated with both dispatched and return shipments.
Binding Agreement:
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the parties involved. It is imperative that all parties adhere to these terms, as any violations may lead to appropriate legal actions being taken.
Order Modification and Cancellation:
After confirmation of the order, it is only possible to cancel or modify the order before it is shipped. This policy is applicable solely to orders that have not yet been shipped. To seek assistance in cancelling or modifying an order, please contact our customer service team at sales@flawless-v.com.

Comments and Submissions
Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website.
