Shipping
Your International orders will be shipped from Lebanon.
The shipping cost excludes duties and taxes of the country of destination and can be calculated at checkout.
- Option to pay Cash on delivery, only available for Lebanon and the GCC, feel free to reach out to one of our agents and we will help you process your order.
Flawless-V reserves the right to change these rates, at any given time without prior notice.
Please make sure your address and personal information are correct when you place the order.
Flawless-V will not be liable if your package is returned due to such errors and you will be charged shipping and other due charges.
Taxes & Duties
Shipping cost does not include customs duty and clearance charges in the final destination.
Please note that You are responsible for any and all additional shipping costs, any taxes and/or duties imposed by the receiving country’s regulations. If your order is subject to additional clearance, customs charges and taxes, they will not appear on your the invoice you received from Flawless-V, but will be due for payment upon receiving your order from the carrier.
Should you refuse for any reason to pay taxes and/or duties, your package will be returned to Lebanon to Flawless-V and you will be charged for the return shipment costs.
In case of returns, initial Shipping, duties and taxes charges are paid by the customer and are not refundable kindly refer to our Return Policy for additional information.
Tracking your order
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a mail with a trackable link to stay updated about your package delivery status.
Shipping time
Kindly allow a maximum of 7 to 10 days for International shipping, excluding any customs delay at the country of destination.
Force Majeure & Holidays
Shipments may be delayed or canceled:
-During Holidays : Please allow additinal delivery time due to very high volume of orders.
-In case of a “Force Majeure” – e.g. earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood, fog, war, plane crash, embargo, riot, epidemic, pandemic, civil commotion, or industrial action.
